Our experience of corporate litigation spans our key industry sectors throughout all global financial and business centres, as well as in offshore and emerging markets. Across Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Central Asia, our global litigation team works together to advise on the full range of complex, high-value contentious issues which arise for large corporate organisations. This includes working closely with our transactional colleagues to advise on the contentious aspects of major deals.
In the first instance, we identify your commercial objectives in each dispute and devise the appropriate strategy to achieve them. We also regularly provide risk management advice to pre-empt litigation and minimise the risk of disputes arising.
