Our global team of construction law specialists concentrate on construction and operation and maintenance contracts (and ancillary documentation) within the oil and gas, traditional power, nuclear and renewable energy markets. As well as EPC contracts model, we also focus on various alternative contract structures for a number of power projects in procurement, advising on the procurement process itself and drafting and negotiating associated contracts.
The team are involved in projects right from the planning stage through to development and financing.
