Breakfast Briefing: Inside Information
Norton Rose LLP recently advised Ian Hannam, Andrew Osborne, and Nicholas Kyprios in relation to proceedings brought against them by the FSA. This breakfast briefing will consider some of the key issues arising from the relevant FSA decision notices including the ‘jigsaw’ approach to identifying inside information, points for consideration in the context of wall-crossing shareholders or investors, the use of ‘cleansing’ announcements and practical dos and don’ts for bankers, brokers and issuers.
