Our recent work:
- Acting for GE Capital Bank, Burdale Financial Limited and RBS Invoice Finance as arrangers of a £105 million facility for Ainscough Crane Hire.
- Acting for Wells Fargo Bank as arranger of a US$150 million asset based facility for the Belkin group to assist with the acquisition of the Linksys business from Cisco and provide ongoing working capital, secured on assets in the US, the UK, the Netherlands and Singapore.
