  • Representing Asda in its appeal against the OFT’s decision in the UK tobacco pricing case - achieving an order that the adverse decision and £14 million fine be quashed
  • Advising PricewaterhouseCoopers on the UK Competition Commission sector inquiry into audit services
  • Advising G4S plc in the UK on the £5.2 billion acquisition of ISS
  • Representing FLS Plast A/S in its appeal against the European Commission's Article 101 decision in relation to the “Industrial bags” cartel
  • Advising the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission on the merger clearance action sought by APA Group in its AU$800 million hostile bid for the Epic Pipeline business of Hastings Diversified Fundson
  • Advising Japan Airlines International Co Ltd on negotiating a key price fixing settlement with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for AU$5.5 million in the air cargo cartel proceedings
  • Advising Westco Group Inc in its decision to cease doing business with Nadeau Poultry with the leave of the Competition Tribunal and the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal
