Jill Gauntlett is a corporate lawyer and has over 20 years’ experience of international M&A and corporate transactions gained both in Europe and Asia.

Jill is a partner in the London Corporate department but has also spent a number of years in Singapore heading the corporate team in South East Asia.

Jill has broad ranging experience of cross border M&A, joint ventures/shareholders agreements and general corporate matters both in Europe and Asia. She also has considerable experience of drafting complex commercial contracts. During her time in Singapore, she headed the Know-How function responsible for the production of internal and client facing know how materials for the South East Asia region.

Jill studied law at Keble College, Oxford University. She became a partner in 1997.
