Our Hamburg office was opened in May 2011. We advise a wide range of national and international clients such as multi-national corporate clients, financial institutions and private equity houses on major complex transactions. We provide advice and support on all legal issues arising in day-to-day business activities. We also represent our clients before the German authorities and courts. The Hamburg team currently consists of more than 25 lawyers.
In Germany, we also have a presence in Munich and Frankfurt.
More than 140 lawyers are currently working across our three German offices.
