- employment court proceedings nationwide;
- the Federal Constitutional Court;
- the European Court of First Instance and the European Court of Justice.
We represent clients before the Federal Court of Justice with our special team of lawyers that are admitted to the Federal Court of Justice.
We also advise clients on cross-border matters and legal proceedings in other countries. In our German offices we have lawyers who are qualified in England/Wales, Spain, Sweden and even New York.
