Tak is a capital markets lawyer based in London. He has a broad range of expertise in capital markets including convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, high-yield bonds and structured products.
Tak has particular experience in liability management and other bond restructurings. He has advised on emerging market issues particularly Russia and Kazakhstan, and has acted for a number of the top tier banks including HSBC, Barclays Capital and ING.
