Our recent work:
- Advising Mitsui & Co Limited on the acquisition of a substantial number of Agreed Amount Units (AAUs) from the Czech Republic
- Advising Impax Asset Management Limited, a leading manager of listed and private equity funds investing in clean energy, on the acquisition and development of a solar power plant project in South West Bohemia
- Advising HSBC Bank plc on its sub-participation in the financing of the construction of Baloki power station in Pakistan by ŠKODAEXPORT, a.s.. Advising HSBC Bank plc on its agreement with the Czech Export Bank to provide ŠKODAEXPORT with a USD 45,000,000 facility. The funding enabled ŠKODAEXPORT to provide guarantees required in relation to its engineering, procurement and construction contract with a 225MW independent power producer in Pakistan. The financing was supported by the Czech Republic's export credit insurance agency EGAP
