Our Competition team in Prague advises on competition and regulatory law in various industry sectors. Our experience includes advising on merger clearance in relation to mergers and acquisitions in the Czech Republic, reviewing commercial agreements and advising on state aid, public procurement and regulatory matters, especially in the telecoms and utilities sectors.
