Tom Luckock is a projects lawyer based in Beijing. He specialises in projects in the renewables and water sector. He assists Chinese investors on their outbound energy and water projects as well as inbound investors into China.
Tom worked for our Australian practice before moving to Beijing. He has been based in Beijing for more than ten years. He studied Chinese and undergraduate law at Renmin University and speaks and reads Chinese. Tom is a recommended practitioner in the 2009 to 2012 editions of Chambers and Partners (Climate Change and Projects sections) and the 2010 to 2012 editions of IFLR 1000.
