Antje Günther is a banking lawyer based in Frankfurt. She is a member of the energy team and specialises in renewable energy projects.
Antje focuses on structured finance and secured lending transactions. She advises banks, real estate funds and borrowers in connection with secured and syndicated senior and mezzanine loan facilities; project finance, acquisition finance; asset-backed securities transactions as well as related regulatory issues. Antje has long term experience with the negotiating, documentation and management of cross border transactions. She has particular expertise in respect of the debt capital markets financing of renewable energy projects.
Antje joined the Frankfurt office as a partner in May 2011. She is a native German speaker and is fluent in English.
