Tim Marsden is the Deputy Managing Partner of Norton Rose LLP and is based in London.

Formerly Head of Corporate, Tim practised as a corporate finance partner and was recognised in the leading legal directories for his expertise in M&A, investment funds, equity capital markets and financial services. His clients included governments, major investment banks, private equity houses and fund managers. Tim was also particularly active in emerging markets.

Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and became a partner with the practice in 1993. He was appointed Deputy Managing Partner of Norton Rose LLP in 2011.
