Audrey Murray practises all aspects of employment and labour law. Ms. Murray works with her colleagues to assist employers in the day-to-day management of their labour relations by providing them with optimal theoretical and practical support.
She manages files and assists clients and colleagues in analyzing a wide array of legal issues, particularly with respect to the interpretation and application of collective agreements, the imposition of disciplinary measures, labour standards, occupational health and safety, grievance settlement and arbitration, civil proceedings, human rights, protection of personal information and alternative dispute prevention and resolution methods.
