Éric L’Italien practises employment and labour law. He provides analytical support to his colleagues on a range of legal questions concerning the interpretation and application of collective agreements and contracts of employment, occupational health and safety and grievance arbitration.
During his studies, Mr. L’Italien completed an internship with Mr. Justice Paul Mayer of the Quebec Superior Court.
