Christian is a competition lawyer based in our Brussels office. He specialises in all aspects of EU and international competition law.
Christians extensive experience includes advising from inception to closing on mergers, joint ventures and public takeovers, issues of compliance and corporate governance as well as defending clients in the course of cartel investigations and in regulatory matters.
Christian has represented clients before the European Commission, the German and Austrian competition authorities in a number of industrial sectors, including natural resources, electronics, energy, banking, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and petrochemicals. He is fluent in German and English and has a good knowledge of French, Italian and Spanish.
