Norton Rose and the Centre for the North
We have recently partnered with the Centre for the North as a Roundtable member. In collaboration with our Canadian North and Arctic group, as well as their other members and stakeholders, the Centre for the North delivers cutting-edge research and provides a vibrant forum for discussion on issues facing Canada's North.
The Centre for the North is an initiative of the Conference Board of Canada that began in 2009. The goal is to bring Aboriginal leaders, businesses, governments, and community advocates together to identify challenges and opportunities, and to decide how those challenges can be met.
The Centre for the North aims to develop a shared vision of sustainable prosperity in Canada's North and develop new insights that strengthen the foundation for informed decision-making through research and dialogue.
