On February 22, 2010, NStein Technologies Inc. (TSXV: EIN), a Montreal-based technology firm developing next-generation, multilingual content management solutions that enable digital publishing for newspapers, magazines and content-driven websites, announced that it is being acquired by Open Text Corp. (TSX: OTC), an Ottawa-headquartered global leader in enterprise software solutions, in a transaction valued at approximately $35 million.
