About us
Brussels is the antitrust and regulatory heart of Europe. Our Brussels practice reflects this and is a key part of our global antitrust, competition and regulatory group. The office also advises on wider EU, WTO and trade law issues.
We work with companies and government organisations from around the world and our multinational team means that we can coordinate advice across all EU countries including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Poland and the UK, as well as the European Commission itself. Our working languages are English, Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Our expertise is not limited to competition/antitrust laws in the narrow sense. In Europe, the privatisation and liberalisation of state monopolies and public utilities has led to the creation of special regimes and codes amplifying and modifying general competition laws in a number of industries. We regularly provide advice on industry specific regulations not only to companies but also to governments and governmental bodies.
