Roberto Cristofolini is a corporate lawyer based in Paris. His practice focuses primarily on corporate law, securities and stock exchange matters.
Roberto is particularly active in initial public offerings, privatisations, capital markets transactions (offerings of new and/or existing shares and equity-linked securities on French and/or international markets by way of public offer or private placement), regulation of the French stock-exchange and financial markets, asset management and collective investment schemes.
Roberto joined our Paris office as a partner in September 2006. Prior to that he was a partner at 2 other international law firms. Roberto is a member of the Paris Bar and is fluent in Italian, English and French. He obtained an LL.M. both from Columbia University and The London School of Economics.
