Wayne Spanner is Managing Partner of our Australian practice and a member of the Global Executive Committee. Prior to being elected as the Australian practice's Managing Partner, Wayne was part of the Australian Executive, Head of our Australian Disputes Group and Global Head of the Employment and Labour Group.
Under the leadership of the Australian Executive, the Australian Practice established itself as one of Australia's major legal teams, advising almost half of ASX top 100 companies and over 200 of Australia's top 1000 companies. The Australian Executive led the regional practice into becoming a member of the global group, which is transformational in the legal profession. We are one of the largest global legal providers in Australia and part of the global practice with over 2,900 lawyers worldwide in 43 jurisdictions.
Wayne is a litigator with speciality in employment and labour law. He holds a Masters from Oxford and has more than 20 years' experience covering South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia.
