Bill Ryan is a construction and engineering lawyer in Perth.
Bill acts for a range of clients across industry sectors, including property development, oil and gas, mining and transport. His work includes the negotiation and preparation of complex project documentation, such as supply and maintenance agreements, construction contracts, consultancy agreements and services agreements.
Bill has also acted for a range of clients in relation to construction and engineering-related disputes.
Bill has particular expertise in relation to adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2004, including applying for adjudications, acting for respondents, appearing as counsel in the State Administrative Tribunal and in Court in review and enforcement proceedings.
