Justin Marschke is a commercial dispute resolution expert based in Brisbane.
Justin has over 13 years’ commercial litigation experience at local and international level. He manages high-profile, high-pressure cases posing serious reputational and financial risks as well as providing front-end strategic advice with a view to avoiding or early resolution of disputes.
As well as large-scale, cross-border litigation, Justin’s experience includes bringing and defending proceedings for breach of contract, breach of trust, breach of confidentiality, fraud, bribery and corruption allegations, professional negligence, infringement of intellectual property rights, obtaining injunctions, jurisdiction challenges and enforcing judgements, as well as corporate governance issues, joint venture/shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency matters, trade practices/competition and consumer law matters and regulatory issues.
He has managed disputes and investigations for a wide range of clients including financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and corporates in sectors including energy and resources, technology / IP, transport and logistics and franchising/retail trade and distribution.
