David Cross is a workplace relations lawyer based in Sydney.
David specialises in dispute resolution, compliance training and crisis management in employment and industrial relations law, anti-discrimination law and occupational health and safety law.
David conducts enterprise negotiations with employers and trade unions in a wide range of industries. He advises on all aspects of the bargaining process, including protected industrial action, resolution of disputes, drafting and amending enterprise agreement documents and certification.
David appears in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and the New South Wales industrial Relations Commission in relation to industrial disputes, ratification of enterprise agreements, unfair contract proceedings under section 106 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW) and unfair dismissal proceedings.
David also appears in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission in relation to prosecutions under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
