Shaun has worked on a number of energy and resource-based transactions in Hong Kong, including acting for UBS, JP Morgan and CICC on the recent listing of China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited on the HKSE. While based in Australia, Shaun completed the first world’s hostile takeover bid by a Chinese SOE.
